"Our two small spaniels shared a kennel for one week in August 2024. The set up is clean and only has six kennels so we felt they would have plenty of time and care from Lisa. Lisa was lovely and reassured us they would be well looked after. She sent us regular updates and pictures on WhatsApp of the dogs looking very happy and content on their walks. When we collected them they were calm and content and we would definitely return to the Wagtail Inn in future! They were even given a party bag of treats each to take home, a lovely touch. “We have now used Lisa to look after our much loved Bates when we can’t take him with us. Wagtails is an excellent place for dogs. Lots of free open space where the team take the dogs for lovely walks. Bates is used to peace and quiet so hates large boarding kennels where the dogs bark continuously. I went to collect him the other week and it was so quiet and peaceful. The dogs only started barking when they saw me. Lisa updates me with photos and messages on a regular basis. I know Bates is being well looked after.

The dogs are always super excited to see the team when they arrive and always come home very happy and content. They provide a very professional, friendly service.
